When I started working at a small town in the mountains of Colorado, my town was a few miles south of Boulder.
In the late 1970s, when it was still an outpost of the Colorado Plateau, the population was just under 400.
But by 2008, the town had more than 4,000 residents, many of whom had moved to the city for good.
The people who stayed are a very diverse bunch, many with different cultural backgrounds and political views.
When I interviewed people who were there, many said they felt safe.
But as I started to explore the community, I realized that many of the residents weren’t so sure about what to make of the change.
I was surprised by the ways that people seemed to be reacting to the change, and I began to wonder what could be done about it.
It was not a matter of just trying to turn the town around; the community needed to take responsibility for its changing landscape.
And that’s where a new approach emerged: the town could make a real push for a new future.
We all know that the most successful communities in the world are those that are both vibrant and cohesive.
In a big town like Colorado, however, there are no obvious pathways to a better future.
And as the landscape of a small community changes, the needs of the surrounding communities and of the citizens themselves are more important than the new town’s well-being.
This new approach is the result of a project called Denver Public Works, a partnership between the city and a non-profit that aims to turn Denver into a place that is both vibrant, open and welcoming.
The group is also the subject of a new documentary, the Denver Project, which is available on PBS stations nationwide and is being made by filmmaker Andrew Hickey and his company, The Great Gatsby Company.
For the first time in my life, I felt a part of a community that wanted to make a difference.
Denver Public works is a collaboration between the Colorado Parks and Recreation Department and the City of Denver, and the team was created to explore ways to bring people together to make the community better.
The result of this collaboration is the Colorado Project, a series of videos about how people can engage with the changes taking place in their community.
One of the videos focuses on how to make sure residents feel safe, while another is about making sure people understand that change is happening.
These videos are meant to be the start of a conversation that could be the beginning of a whole new chapter for the city.
And the conversations happening around Denver are a big part of that.
The first video focuses on the way the town looks today, with the goal of highlighting the ways in which people are still living their lives in the past and looking for something better.
To understand how people feel about this change, we first had to understand what that change was and why.
We asked people who had moved from the city to visit a Denver Publicworks park and then come back and talk to a different group of people.
We also asked the people to share their memories of their town, and then asked them to make suggestions about what they would like to see happen.
We used the same tools to track the changes as we do now.
The videos also highlight what people call the “Denver Effect,” the phenomenon that people often cite when they describe the changes they are experiencing as a result of Denver Public Services projects.
We are trying to find a way to identify the Denver Effect.
I think we’ve found a way.
Denver is a town where you can get out of your house and do anything you want, and it’s also a town that’s been through some really difficult changes.
But in the last five years, the number of people who have been moving out of town has grown.
For example, in the early 1990s, there were about 40,000 people who lived in Denver, but in 2008, that number had ballooned to almost 1 million.
The numbers of new residents are also increasing, as are the number who have moved out of the city itself.

We’ve had a dramatic increase in the number and the pace of people leaving the city in recent years.
In 2010, about 20,000 of the town’s residents left, and by 2016, that figure had grown to almost 25,000.
In 2014, we saw a similar trend.
In 2015, Denver saw the most recent spike in the city’s population, when about 50,000 relocated to the suburbs.
In 2016, the rate of residents moving out the city reached more than 60 percent, and we are currently seeing the fastest growth in people leaving Denver.
